Trying to be a supportive wife...

While I'm sure I'll talk about this topic again sometime, tonight I going to talk about it in such a way that I didn't think I would ever have to.

Let me begin here: My husband doesn't have much hair and I'm VERY ok with this. I think he is so wonderfully handsome and hair or not, I am attracted to him. (please keep this statement in mind throughout my post today. thank you) Over the last few weeks, Patrick has wanted to cut his hair at a "zero". For those of you with husbands that go somewhere to get their hair cut, a "zero" means that there is NO guard on an electric razor. Please let me tell you that when I met Patrick he cut his hair with a "2" (a slightly larger guard that keeps the hair on your head, but not very long). Then after a few months of marriage, he thought he was safe and went down to a "1" (i'm sure you've got this by now.) and has been there for several months. So, back to the "zero"...tonight is the night that it happened. I should have known it was coming. He had been suggesting it for some time and walking up to people we knew going, "Hey Ashley, don't you think I would look good with my hair like this?" NO! What hair!?! Ok, so after Extreme Homemakeover Patrick walks to our bathroom and says, "I'm going to cut my hair now." Oh, I just knew.

Here are some pictures of the new look:

Ah, I hope you enjoy looking at my hairless and bald husband. :) And for those of you who cannot really tell the state of my husbands head/hairlessness from these picture, please know that he is indeed bald. This is just another part of the adventure we call marriage. And no matter what, I love my husband and I'm attracted to him hair or not.

AWWWHHHYEAH! dude looks like he could rough somebody up in an alley! All he needs now is a big tattoo of thorns around his neck or a big "A" for Ash above his ear.

Looks great, PDawg! Love you guys,
reids
