I use to say, "I love change. Change is so great. Everyone should love change." I am not so sure what I was thinking when I said those things. To my defense, I was much younger (is 19 "much younger" than 24... and 11 months?) when I was making such unrealistic claims. Had I known any better, as I like to think I do now, I would say, "Life is full of change. Some you'll like, some you won't. That's ok. You don't have to like all change, you just have to get through it. Make lemonade." I am trying now to remind myself of these thoughts.

We are in Indiana, PA this week for six days of house hunting fun. We met with our realtor this morning for 3 hours, took a break for lunch and then went on out way looking for homes. Let's just say that day 1 was NO GOOD. However, it was just the first day. We looked at 5 houses and we didn't like anything at all. Patrick adn I want different things (which is to be expected) and there is not too much on the market for us right now. But tomorrow brings forth many more homes. Let's just hope one of them is for us!
On a lighter note, we drove around the Indiana area. It is so beautiful! The leaves are changing and the air is crisp. I love when the leaves turn from orange to red. I love when you can barely see a hint of green between bursts of yellow, orange and red. I love fall and we are right in the middle of it! I've added some pictures of our trip so far, of course there are no pictures of homes YET. I'll keep you updated on our...October hunt for a house (please say this to yourself, out loud in a scary voice...now, wasn't that fun!?)

if you don't find a house does that mean you won't move?
you know, you could also say the Hunt for house in October in a Sean Connery voice, also quite funny! I hope your search goes great and you and Patrick find a great home!
