Our cookout was a success. A success meaning people came and we had enough food! We had a diverse group of people at our home Saturday evening; Family, coworkers, close friends and new friends. It was so wonderful. Our friends and family did a great job of warming our new home.
My family got here a little early and helped me around the house. It was so nice to hang out with them and even relax a little before anyone else arrived. Little by little our friends, Patrick's parents and his uncle came. Parking turned out to be fine and not a disaster as I thought it may be.
