Randomness at it's best...

It's not that I don't want to blog lately, it's that I have nothing to blog about. Just so you know that I'm not kidding around, I'll give you a few things that I've been thinking about or doing the last few days.

*The Indiana County Fair is going on this week and it's always a big deal around here. Instead of forking over $8 (each) to enter in the evening, Patrick and I went at lunch today (for freeeeeee!). We walked around, saw the horses, the exhibits and ate lunch. Good enough for me. Except I do need to go tomorrow at lunch and get a funnel cake.

*I'm really annoyed that it's not raining. Fay is spiraling up the east coast and we're getting a mist of wetness. Seriously, where are the torrential downpours? I should move to FL for hurricane season.

*I'm saving up for a massage. I've been saving my tip money from work and I'm almost there. Good thing, too. My massage is scheduled for next Wednesday.

*The floors are looking so great. Patrick is doing an incredible job fixing them up! Seriously, he is wonderful. We're down two rooms and have the guest bedroom and stairs left to finish. I'm excited to post pictures!

Ok ok, enough of that. I had a doctors appointment today. It was suppose to be tomorrow, but I started bleeding and it got somewhat heavy. I called the doctor and they told me to just come in today. Our doctor is pretty great and I'm pleased with him so far. It took a few minutes to find the heartbeat (which was enough to scare me even more. Patrick said his blood pressure had to be about 500...), but finally we heard the little thing. He said my cervix is very firm and has no desire to become soft. Glad he knows my cervix so well.

I'm almost 13 weeks and please don't be surprised if you hear about an incredible party in my back yard on Saturday. I will be celebrating the end of my progesterone pills and the moving to a new, and hopefully more enjoyable, trimester. Yeah!
