(my running shoes, a 15 pound weight, a heart rate monitor, my ipod and some water!!!)
I have missed running and this week I've picked it back up. There are few things that can make me as happy as lacing up my running shoes, jamming to my ipod and going for a long run. To make it even better, give me some weights and 20 minutes at the end of my run and I'll be happy for the rest of the day!It's so good to be running again. I think my shoes where starting to miss me :)

Hmmm your sneakers miss you, I don't think mine know who I am. :) Stay healthy and keep the pictures coming! I love the pregnancy updates!
