Merry Christmas!!!

Our Christmas morning was so much fun. Benjamin had a blast opening presents and loved helping everyone open gifts. It was so nice being home this year and it was nice to have family with us. We've had such a low key day that I could be willing to have weeks like this :)

I made homemade cinnamon rolls this morning and to that I give myself a big ole Christmas high five! I learned, this morning, that Christmas with a child is a lot of fun. Also, there is a lot more trash and pauses for opening gifts that are in boxes. Of all the Christmases we've had, this one has been my favorite!

So, the turkey is in the oven and there is basketball on the TV. Benjamin is playing, contently, with all his new toys and everyone is happy to watch. And friends, I'm just more than grateful, overwhelmed with gratitude and blessed beyond words. Merry Christmas to you!

Here are some pictures of the Christmas extravaganza!

Our tree before tornado B came around...
Stocking time...
A new dinosaur.
His dump truck with cars and trains, of course.
My new slippers...
Patrick and a gift...
Aunt Kate being Aunt Kate...but with a really cute scarf :)
The aftermath...
Leftovers...
Family shot...Benjamin is watching basketball, but not crying :)
