Recently...

Not too much is going on in our world recently and I don't mind that one bit. I feel like every bit of this year has gone by so quickly and I've missed so much. Our weeks are full and busy and sometimes long (like when Patrick is gone a lot) and our weekends are blink-and-you-miss-them fast. But I like that fall is here, as it is my favorite season. Fall puts a hop in my step and a smile on my face. I feel like a new woman every time the temperature drops and the leaves change colors. Ahhhh. I feel refreshed. I love that everything starts up again. This may be another reason I love fall - schedules!

Benjamin is starting to get a little more regular with things - napping, eating, playing. I am enjoying this because I love a good schedule :) He gets cuter everyday. I mean, seriously, it's incredible. One day I think, "he couldn't get any cuter." and the next morning he wakes up and I walk in to get him and there he is - even cuter than the day before! Today he started sucking his toes and I think that is hilarious and too precious and pretty gross.

I've been in a de-cluttering phase recently and it's taken over my metal ability to think about anything else. We recently got a new dining room table, for free, from friends of ours. We're passing our tried and true hand-me-down table to some friends and I couldn't be more excited :) There isn't a whole lot of stuff in our house and it fit well in our house in Texas. However, this house is smaller so it seems so much tighter! I've decided to just move everything to the basement or attic until we can move into a bigger house. Maybe not a completely practical idea, but very clutter free :)
